Youth Mentor
Since 1990, Brew has embedded youth mentorship into every business venture he’s built. From board sports to fly fishing, he has helped young people leverage their passions while developing confidence, responsibility, and real-world opportunity—many going on to do remarkable things.
Today, Brew continues this work as lead instructor and mentor for the Burr and Burton Academy Fly Fishing Club and as a volunteer snowboard instructor with the J.I.S.P. program at Bromley Mountain.
On river and snow, he teaches skills, stewardship, and self-confidence—helping the next generation discover their potential while fostering a lifelong connection to wild places.
